Oh yes, the Mojito Cocktail. Cant blog about cocktails or hiring a cocktail bartender without this complete benchmark of a cocktail to add to the collection.
A simple mix of Rum, Lime, Mint & Sugar, which is then topped off with Soda is hands down our most ordered drink of all time since I set the company up. We've made more of these than I could possibly fathom & its still enjoyable making every single one.
Mojito Cocktail
The Cosmopolitan Cocktail, the one we all know from Sex & The City. For a little nostalgia, did you know that our Director Stu Hoyland actually did the Flair for the TV spots in the UK leading up to the second movie release. But enough of the cheesy plugs.
The Cosmopolitan stripped of its complexity is nothing more than a Vodka & Cranberry with Lime. However, then a tiny hint of Orange Liqueur & zest of an orange peel, along with placing it in a glass which allows your nose & senses to take in so much more, just elevates this drink to a whole new level.
