Let guests enjoy the activation without losing them in a bar queue.
The bar should support the moment your guests came for, not keep them waiting through it. For a brand activation, plan where people arrive, see the drinks choices, order and collect. Then check that route against demonstrations, photography positions and any presentation that brings the audience together.
Separate the serve from the campaign brief
Your brand or agency controls the campaign message, creative assets and product approvals. Cocktailhire handles the agreed drinks service. Clients choose from the existing menu. If the event requires a supplied product or particular equipment, include that requirement before the booking is agreed rather than assuming any drink can be adapted on arrival.
Work through the first arrival wave
Imagine 100 guests entering before a short presentation. A menu placed where they can read it while approaching the bar helps them decide before ordering. The collection point should not block the next order, and the restocking route should not cross the camera position. These are floor-plan decisions, not something another logo panel can solve.
- State the expected arrival pattern, not just the total attendance.
- Keep ordering, collection and empty-glass returns understandable.
- Name the person who can approve timing changes.
- Agree any photography or reporting separately; neither is automatic with bartender hire.
Read our brand activation bartender guide, then send the event brief with the date, location, guest number and service window.
