Commercial Event Bar Hire for Corporate and Brand Events
Hire event bartenders to prepare and serve drinks at your company reception, office party, conference or launch. We can work from a suitable existing counter, bring a staffed mobile bar, or supply the bar and drinks together. We prepare before service and pack down our equipment afterwards.
Commercial event bar hire starts with the supplies you already have. Bartender labour starts at £270 per person for three hours, plus travel. A mobile bar adds £325 per 1.5m unit. Supplied packages start at £7.25 per guest per hour, with a minimum of 50 guests and four hours; travel and agreed extras are separate.
Have the bar and supplies already? Book staff to use your existing bar or suitable counter. We bring cocktail tools; your team supplies the selected drinks, ingredients, ice and glasses.
Need the bar delivered? Add a mobile bar to our staffing if you need the counter delivered and assembled. Glassware can be added only with that staffed bar.
Want the drinks supplied too? Choose an all-in-one package for staff, bar, selected drinks, ingredients, ice and glasses. You confirm the menu, timings, floor space and access; we bring the agreed supplies.
