Use a bar that is easy to find but leaves the lounge's seats, conversations and guest entrance unobstructed. Sponsor visibility should come from clear presentation, not a queue across the part of the room intended for hospitality.
Protect the purpose of the lounge
Decide whether guests will order at the bar or whether separate waiting staff will take drinks into the seating area. Those are different staffing arrangements and need to appear in the brief.
A compact branded front can work where the room already has useful back-of-house support. A larger suite with a concentrated guest arrival may need more production space or separate service points. Choose the layout against the actual guest count and timetable.
- Confirm artwork and visible branding before production.
- Agree stock storage, glass collection and any restrictions on access to the lounge.
