All-In-One Cocktail Bar Packages

Staff, bar, drinks, ice and glassware handled together.

If the bar service is still spread across five jobs on your list, this is the booking that clears them together. Some people call it cocktail catering, an all-inclusive cocktail bar, a fully supplied cocktail bar or a complete drinks service for a party. We mean the bar service only, not food catering: staff, bar, selected drinks, ice and glassware in one booking. If you are deciding whether the event needs this full package or a smaller service, compare the options in the cocktail bar hire guide.

Tell us the guest numbers and service times, then choose up to five drinks from the existing Cocktailhire menu. The package brings the bartenders, working bar, selected drinks, ice and glassware into one confirmed booking.

You do not need to estimate how many fixed-price drinks will last the room. The figure is based on the number of guests, the hours of service and the menu tier your choices sit within.

One booking instead of five loose ends.

The room gets the right bar

Bar length and bartender numbers scale with the guest count. If the venue already has a suitable service point, the separate bartender service may be the better fit.

The drinks are chosen before you book

You can see the existing Cocktailhire menu, choose the drinks for the event and know which price tier they belong to.

The practical parts arrive together

The booked package covers the bar team, mobile bar, drinks, ice and glassware needed for the agreed service.

General events and wedding packages have separate planning pages

This page is the national all-in-one owner for private parties, company events and other hosted occasions. If the booking is specifically for a wedding, use the wedding bar hire and cocktail package page; it covers the host-paid wedding model, reception service and wedding-day boundaries without turning this general package page into a second wedding owner.

Read the All-In-One package planning guide or compare it with mobile bar hire without drinks included.

Brands and venues that have trusted Cocktailhire

Some of the brands we have worked with:

Clear package pricing

Three menu tiers. One simple calculation.

The price is per guest, per service hour. Every tier includes the same working bar, staffing, ice and glassware; the price changes only when the selected drinks require more expensive ingredients.

Tier 1

£6.25

per guest, per service hour

Popular, cost-efficient choices from the existing menu.

Tier 2

£7.50

per guest, per service hour

A wider menu selection, including one choice from the highest tier.

Tier 3

£8.75

per guest, per service hour

For events whose selected drinks sit across the highest-cost menu tier.

Minimum booking: 50 guests and four hours of service. Choose up to five drinks from the existing Cocktailhire menu.

What the booking covers.

Bartenders

The team size follows the guest count and the pace expected at the bar. Flair bartenders remain an optional upgrade.

Mobile bar

A proper working bar, scaled from one 1.5 metre unit for each 100 guests. The visible finish is chosen during the booking.

Drinks and ice

The ingredients for the selected event menu, with ice for the booked bar service and chilled bottled drinks.

Glassware

Cocktail, wine, highball and flute glassware in the quantities needed to keep service moving. Used glasses are re-boxed and taken away.

Kept clear before you book

Beer, wine and prosecco served from the bar during the booked hours can sit within the package. Table wine and meal drinks remain with the venue or caterer unless agreed separately. Shots are not included.

Cocktailhire is not the cheapest quote.

Cheaper quotes are often made possible by finding whoever is available through large online staffing groups. Cocktailhire does not work that way.

We use bartenders we know, pay them properly and protect the booking once it is confirmed. We have attended every confirmed event we have taken. That certainty is what the price protects.

Before you decide

Questions that change the booking.

Can I provide the alcohol?

Not within the All-In-One package. Its purpose is to place the bar, team, drinks, ice and glassware under one booking. If you want to buy the ingredients yourself, choose Cocktail Maker or Bartender Hire instead.

How many drinks can I choose?

Up to five choices from the existing Cocktailhire menu. Your selections determine which of the three price tiers applies.

Can the bar style change?

Yes. The bar is built on the same working frame and finished in the selected visible style. The booking system shows the current options.

Does a callback mean I am booked?

Absolutely not. A callback means you have questions, or want to know a real person is on the other end. Nothing is booked until a booking is paid for.
