All-in-one cocktail bar packages are not wedding packages, bartender-only hire, mobile-bar-only hire or drinks-brand activation work. They are for hosts who want the complete cocktail bar service planned and served together for a party or event.

All-in-one cocktail bar packages are built for private parties, milestone birthdays, house parties, garden parties, work parties, office celebrations, marquees and event rooms where the host wants the bar handled in one booking. The package puts the mobile bar, bartenders, cocktail ingredients, ice, working equipment, bar-service glassware, setup, live service, glass collection and close-down into one clearer plan. Pricing is shown per person, per hour, with three cocktail package tiers: Tier 1 at £6.25, Tier 2 at £7.50 and Tier 3 at £8.75 per person, per hour. The minimum all-in-one package booking is 50 guests for 4 hours of service. Staffing is planned around the guest count. A practical planning rule is 1 bartender per 50 guests. Mobile bar length is planned around the guest count. A practical planning rule is 1.5 metres of bar for every 100 guests. All packages include bottled beer, prosecco and wine during the cocktail bar service, not during a separate seated meal unless specifically agreed. The bar can pause for dinner, speeches, awards, a presentation or another planned break, so the package can fit the shape of the event rather than charging through dead time. The package is not bartender-only hire, mobile-bar-only hire, wedding-package planning, cash-bar planning, minimum-spend bar hire or drinks-brand activation reporting. The point of the package is simple: the host is not left sourcing stock, hiring glassware, building a bar, briefing staff and running the drinks side themselves.
