The bar already exists
Book the people. Cocktail bartenders work from the venue bar, office counter or another proper service point already in the room.

You have colleagues, clients or guests arriving and the drinks cannot become the least organised part of the event. Cocktailhire supplies the bartenders, the physical bar or the full drinks setup, depending on what the room already has.
Office parties, staff celebrations, networking receptions, awards evenings, summer events, Christmas parties and company launches all create the same practical question: who is taking responsibility for the bar once everyone arrives at once?
Start with what the room is missing
Book the people. Cocktail bartenders work from the venue bar, office counter or another proper service point already in the room.
Hire cocktail bartendersBook a staffed mobile bar. The physical bar arrives with the team and gives guests somewhere clear to order.

See All-In-One packagesAlcohol-free corporate events
A company event can include cocktails and alcohol-free drinks in the same service, or use mocktails as the main drinks offer. The organiser chooses from the existing Cocktailhire menu, and the event menu is built from those selected drinks.
The staffing and setup still follow the room: bartenders can use a suitable existing counter, arrive with a staffed mobile bar, or provide the full bar package when the event needs everything supplied together.
What changes when the bar is covered properly
Guests know where to order. The service point looks intentional rather than borrowed from the nearest table.
The team arrives before service. Service time is when drinks begin, not when setup starts.
The menu is decided before the event. Drinks are selected from the existing Cocktailhire menu, so everyone knows what is being served.
The booking is clear. Your event sheet and timings confirm the plan. Staff-only bookings include a shopping list for the selected drinks. With an all-in-one package, Cocktailhire brings the ingredients; the optional ingredient itinerary is a record of our supplies, not a shopping task for your team.
Built for real company rooms
A workplace can be a perfectly good event room, but the kitchen counter is rarely a good high-volume bar. We establish the service point, agree the menu and staff it for the number of people expected.
Arrival pressure matters. Guests tend to order together, so the number of bartenders and the shape of the menu have to match that first busy period.
Seasonal events often combine a temporary room, a short service window and a large first rush. A visible bar and enough staff keep that rush from becoming the event.
The bar service should support the room, not compete with it. The bar is planned around access, guest flow, service time and what the venue can already provide.
Public proof
Cocktailhire does not take the booking and then search public staffing groups for whoever is free. The price protects a known team, clear paperwork and a confirmed event treated as protected.

Company events are not drinks-brand activations
A company event normally needs bartenders, a bar or a full drinks setup. It does not need reporting language, campaign mechanics or an invented production layer. Drinks-brand activations are a separate commercial service for alcohol brands, agencies and distributors protecting a product serve.
Go to drinks-brand activation bars only when the product itself is the reason for the event.
Booking without the chase
Questions organisers ask
Sometimes. If it gives the bartender enough working space and guests somewhere sensible to order, staff-only service may be enough. If it does not, a mobile bar is the cleaner answer.
Yes. The booking system uses the event details to show the price and service options before you decide whether to book online or schedule a callback.
Yes, where agreed for an established commercial account. Standard online bookings can also be secured through the normal payment process.
Yes. If the venue already has the physical bar and the drinks supply is being handled separately, book the bartenders without adding equipment the room does not need.
Yes. The organiser can choose mocktails from the existing Cocktailhire menu for an alcohol-free event or include them alongside cocktails. The event menu is then built from those selected drinks.
Yes. Cocktailhire is based in Bury and covers suitable company events nationwide across the UK.
Absolutely not. A callback means you have questions or want to know a real person is on the other end. Nothing is booked until the booking is paid for.
