You absolutely do know how many guests you are going to have. You also absolutely know how long you want the bars to run for, after all, you’re creating the itinerary for the evening & liaising with the caterers, venue, hiring a wedding planner etc. 

This is how we create our packages. 

Foremost, its a per person pricing structure, multiplied by the amount of hours service is required for. 

Its so simple, we are actually annoyed other companies aren’t using this. Caterers have done it for decades for food & its understandable for the client, so why are we not doing it for drinks. 

In addition, instead of all the cloaked & stealthy “Call us now or email us for quotes” Where companies are hoping to get you roped in so they can deploy sleazy sales nonsense. Lets tell you how much this package costs. 

Cost of all in one cocktail packages:

We have 3 tiers, based on the cost of making the cocktails. But the initial package is: 

£6.25 per person, per hour 

Now we do have to protect ourselves financially & we won’t be going to a 1 hour event, for 20 people. so this will be for a minimum of 4 hours booking & 50 guests, which is usually the smaller end of the weddings or parties we do & approximately the average size of a house gathering too. 

ALL packages will be based around these minimal requirements & each contains up to 5 choices of cocktail. (discounts are not offered for less choices, so might as well use them)

What does this “All in” £6.25 per person, per hour include?: 

As we’re talking all in packages, it includes all you’ll need, but before we talk about all those good things we include. Its the basic end of the cocktails, the ones where ingredients are very cost efficient. But cost efficient isn’t always bad, download the menu to see what the drinks are on each tier. Cost efficient tier, does still include the likes of Mojitos, Espresso Martinis, Aperol Spritz & so many more of the most popular cocktails around right now. 

So, the stuff you get.

The Glassware you need for all your guests, regardless of your cocktail selection: 

The ingredients/stock for the amount of guests & the amount of time, including the ice sorted. 

We could start listing so many other things, like other company’s would do, like “The cocktail equipment for the bars, like Shaker tins etc” Like many of our rival’s list out to look like they’re giving you more for your money. Even one company we’ve discovered lists “Fresh garnish” as a thing they bring, as if a slice of lemon on a G&T is an item to be listed as a feature. Shocking I know. 

But the fact is, this stuff comes as standard & should never be listed as a feature. We’ve said the main parts you want. 

This package also scales out properly, this is a whole other section, we’ll get into later in this page. But the point is, if its 50 people, you only need 1 bar unit of 1.5 meters, 1 bartender & a certain amount of glasses, but enough glassware to ensure no washing up is required for the whole night. We re-box dirties & take them away, thats a Monday morning problem, for us, far away from you.

A 50 person All in package, covers all that cost. 

Then, a 50+ person package, increasing incrementally scales the additional bartender required, a 100+ person package starts beginning to scale out the size of the bar too automatically, not just the amount of staff. This far simpler format, actually covers more ground to getting you what you really need for the event to go the way you want it to, without wasting your cognitive resources trying to work it out. 

Basically, the per person, per hour concept. Means you no longer have to have the headache in the planning, just the “bring me the bill” mindset. 

The professional packages: 

Of course, the cost efficient cocktails aren’t for everyone. Some cocktails do cost more to make. So we have the professional package too, This is a secondary tier of cocktails, which require not only more ingredients, but more expensive ingredients. 

This is available at £7.50 per person, per hour

So this unlocks the medium tier of cocktails such as Paloma, Margarita & also allows 1 choice from the upper tier. 

We are more than aware Pornstar Martini, or Strawberry Daiquiri are still the most requested drinks on any menu, anywhere, ever. So we don’t want to force people into the top tier of expense, just to have their one chosen cocktail. 

So the mid tier, does include 1 drink selection from the top tier. 

This includes all the service you get from the Basic package, but with slightly more professional cocktails, involving more expensive ingredients to make the cocktails. 

The Top Tier Package: 

This is the best of the menu, the most expensive drinks to make & the most luxurious, 

This is available at £8.75 per person

Why would you need to upgrade to the top tier package? Quite simply, only your own cocktail choices will tell you this. You might find while reading the menu, that Espresso Martini’s, Mojitos, or a Dark & Stormy are your original choices. To which The basic package is perfectly adequate. 

However, if you find yourself choosing Pornstar Martini, Strawberry Daiquiri, Negroni or Long Island Iced Teas, the expensive & more costly drinks to make, then the Top Tier package is really where you have to be going. The service & the bar, along with the glasses don’t change, its the exact same as what would happen on the basic package, this is all about your cocktail choices, which determines which priced package tier you need to be looking for.

What do we provide with this all in one cocktail mobile bar hire solution: 

The best Cocktail Bartenders. Our bartenders have worked in the industry for YEARS, they know their job inside & out. They also after working in this industry for so many years, don’t really drink any longer, which means unlike many other companies. Our bartenders will always act appropriately & professionally at your event, not be drinking your cocktails or spirits as the guests do. Its a stat thats upsetting to mention as a feature. But you will be amazed at how many “reputable” companies there are, that send staff that walk out of events sideways & slurring. 

The amount of cocktail bartenders is also for some, difficult to predict, naturally in your shopping around, you’re being told many different things. 1 package we saw from a rival is for 300 cocktails, over 5 hours, with 3 staff. 

We go to an event & 1 bartender will make 300 cocktails, by themselves, in just the first couple of hours, makes us wonder, why do they need so many staff for such a small event?

Flair is an optional upgrade on the bartenders, for just £200 more per bartender, for the whole event, we can provide flair bartenders to add to all the tricks & showmanship of your event, taking it to another level.  A level that won’t be easy for any of your friends, guests & rival businesses to top when they try copy or go one better. 

A Mobile Bar:

Which scales according to the party, being told all kinds of different bar options & not being entirely sure what you actually need? We do all that for you, so it truncates it into that same per person package, meaning, we can’t try sell you more bar as real estate for a higher price, or job is to scale it out according to your guests count. 

To show you our calculations. 

Mobile Bar ratios are 1 bar length of 1.5 Metres, to every 100 guests. Have a 300 person wedding, thats 4.5 meters, a 600 person corporate gathering, thats 9 meters.

Glassware for the event: 

Champagne Flutes, Wine Glasses, Cocktail Glasses, Hi-Balls, no problem. We bring enough glassware for an event, so that ZERO washing up needs doing for the whole night. Even if you don’t buy with us, but are planning something like this. Or are just another company offering this service checking out our site, if you’re thinking 150 glasses would be enough for a 150 person event, even 300 glasses, 450, is STILL not enough & you need to go back to the drawing board. Or hire staff to wash these glasses. There is no shortcut in this area that won’t come back & bite you later on. You have to spend money on either enough glasses to not wash up, or someone to wash them up. Because your bar staff, are on THE BAR, you cannot ask them to do this, or have any right to complain, because your staff aren’t on the bar or drinks cannot be made because there are no clean glasses left to put them in. This was the organisers problem & it was caused by trying to cut a corner where a corner couldn’t be cut. You guys get no sympathy here. 

Stock for the event:

To cover all your cocktail needs, inclusive of a Prosecco reception & Wine/bottled beers to be available. (BAR SERVICE ONLY)

Whilst we would not think to need to say that, someone will always conveniently assume that this includes all their table wines for their meals too so they can cut another corner. For clarity: Thats a caterer problem, nothing to do with us. We are talking about between the hours of service we are booked for. Not outside of it. 

During service hours we are booked for, We will take care of all the stock, plus contingencies if you have a bunch of thirsty friends. 

We will also deal with the logistics of ice for this too. 

The only thing it will NOT include & we will say no to anyone over the bar. Is shots. 

Shots not only waste everyones money, the client booking us, but also ours, but mainly incites people to pace their drinking incorrectly for events. We don’t want anyone outside unconscious face down in a bush, while a party still has an hour to go, nobody wants that. 

If a client would like shots available, we suggest a poser table (not organised by us) with an ice bucket & a few shot bottles bought by the client, with plastic shot cups all stacked up as its own area. (trust us, NEVER buy glass shot cups)

It also kills a bartenders service speed, while one bartender is there pouring, unable to serve anyone else, while a guests now strings out. “Oh, 2 more, hang on, another, oh wait, theres the bride, give me 9 more. Oh, husbands here, another 3, now gimme another 3 for those guys there” before you know it 10 minutes have passed, the bartender is still serving that same 1 person a drip feed of these shots & a queue is longer than you can imagine of the rest of the party wanting drinks. Shots really do kill a bar service, thats before you factor in all the saliva infested used lemons now just thrown onto the bar that we have to come into contact with before we carry on serving drinks to anyone else. 

So we don’t offer shots as part of our service, but by all means, its so easy for you to organise on top. 

Ice for the event: 

We will organise all the ice required for your cocktails side of your event during the hours of our service. Not just for the bar service, but to cool the beer & wine bottles, the prosecco bottles prior to the service & all we need for the cocktail service.

(note, ice, glass & stock supply, is only for the hours of our service - We have had clients thinking we’d be there at 8am before, just because they had a champagne breakfast, when we were not booked to arrive until 6pm) 

Why choose an All-in-one cocktail package service for your event? 

To make just one call, to make one payment, to spend less than one hour on it, but have such a huge element to your event all squared away in a single swoop, Is worth its merits 10x over.

When all you’ve now had to do, is tell us how many, how long, chosen 5 cocktails & told us what you’d like the bar to look like. You’re all done. 

Fact is, you’re going to get all of these things anyway, you NEED all of these elements for your event. Staff, a Bar, Stock & Glassware to put them in, By all means spend weeks on this if you want to find them all separately & you might save £100 here or there.  

But your time is worth money & by the time you’ve spent shopping around 20 different companies to compile all this stuff up from individual companies & orchestrated them all on the day of the event. Isn’t that worth the £100 odd in convenience?

Caterers Mobile bar options are just terrible. 

We know, we work on them. Outward facing, they’re nothing short of something out of a 1980’s reception desk made out of plywood, not even varnished down. Usually with an offcut of a kitchen worktop as a bar top they found on FB marketplace for £20. 

But the work side, is non existent. Not even a shelf. You’re just setting the service up for failure using anything that doesn’t even have as much as a working surface on the bartenders side. We can sell all the features our bar has & why you should take it all you want, but if the bare basics are not even in place. We don’t need to sell our features. 

Just point out the gaping vacant hole on where a station to work from should be. Whilst you can see the images all over the site of our facilities our bar offers. Ask to see pictures of the caterers bar (both sides) before making this decision. 

Whilst ultimately you shouldn’t care what our side looks like, nor care what features we have. The only difference you need to be aware of, is the features of a REAL bar will make your bartenders TWICE as fast. Which means you need half the amount of our staff than any other company. They’ll want to send 4 inexperienced staff to a 100 person event. We need send only 2 professional staff & they’ll handle it with more grace, better pace & have an ability to actually converse with your guests, not be scared of them.

Whilst this may not sound like much. Nor anything you should care much about. 

All caterers, I also mean, ALL caterers, use agencies for their staff. Perhaps some core team are retained by the caterer, but 75% of the staff base, will be hired in via agency. Those staff are not waiters or bartenders. They are students, out of work actors, anyone that needs to pay their way through something, by doing a job on the side. Often they are briefed on site & have never done this job before. Because of their sheer volume in which they are hired in, they can get away with dinner service, but put them on a bar where individual thinking is important & working by themselves, or in a much smaller team & you’ll really begin to see the cracks in their skills show. 

We only hire experienced bartenders, the core guys we’ve worked with for YEARS, are the ones working on your bar. They know this job, they’ll do it with charisma & an actual desire to BE at your event because they love this line of work. Not just because they need a pay check. 

The properly handled drinks service: Not only that of your guests, but your own.

Can I provide my own alcohol? 

No, The objective of the all inclusive package, is to relieve yourself of that stress. We do touch on it earlier that this package might cost a couple of hundred more, than organising all the elements yourself. But you waste days of your life doing so. This package is promoted as an all in one solution, So it will remain that. 

How many cocktails can I select for my party? 

5, its a perfect balance between cost for the host & ourselves to provide, but also offer enough choice to seem abundant for the event at hand. 

Wines, Prosecco & Bottled beer is also included in this cost. So plenty of options are on the table across the board. 

Is there more than one type of bar? 

We have a selection, the bar system we designed works of a base frame work & then presentable cladding of your chosen style is then added to finish the bars aesthetic look. You can see what pictures of how the bar can look here on our Mobile Bar Page. 

But the other companies are offering packages for 500 cocktails, why aren’t you? 

To take the guess work out of it for you, the client. Those 500 cocktail packages are designed to run out. So either the bartenders go home early, or you buy more drinks from them & repeat the same package purchase all over again (which they conveniently just happen to have all the stock, for a repeat session, right on their van, at the time…. Bit convenient don’t you think?) . For our events, 300 drinks, is one bartenders work & is not rushed to do so over a 3 hours period. If another company is quoting you £1400 for 300 drinks, 4x staff… Id question the quality of the staff they’re providing.
