Mobile bar hire brings a temporary bar into a home, garden, office, marquee or hired room. It provides a place for drinks to be prepared and served when the event does not already have a suitable working bar. It does not automatically mean every drink and staff member is included.
Three parts to make clear

- The team: the people serving for the booked hours.

A staffed bar quote should explain the combination you are getting. An all-in-one cocktail package brings the bar, team, selected cocktail ingredients, ice and glassware together. Staff-only hire is different: the client supplies ingredients using the booking shopping list.
How the setup is planned
Cocktailhire uses one 1.5-metre bar unit per 100 guests and one bartender per 50 guests as planning baselines. The units need working space behind them and a suitable route into the room. A product photograph shows the finish, not every access or space requirement.
For a garden party, include the ground and weather arrangements. For an upstairs room, include the stairs or lift. For any event, give the real guest number and the time you want drinks ready rather than just the invitation time.
