Plan for the point when the show closes and exhibitors arrive together. A short, clearly displayed cocktail choice and a properly stocked service position keep the first round from consuming the networking time people came for.
Treat show closing as the peak
Share the expected guest count, hall closing time and route from the exhibition floor to the party. If drinks are served on a stand, check the stand's permitted service area and keep its working space separate from public aisles.
Choose drinks from the existing menu and agree an alcohol-free option. The team needs clean glasses, ice and ingredients positioned before guests arrive, with a replenishment route that does not obstruct neighbouring exhibitors.
- Confirm which organiser or venue requirements apply to the event.
- Make the bar, staff, supplies and clearing scope explicit rather than assuming they come with the stand.
