Drinks planning for a confirmed event at MTC Liverpool
MTC Liverpool is a real facility at ic1 Liverpool Science Park. That does not, by itself, establish a bookable public exhibition, an allocated stand or permission for an outside bar. If you are organising an event there, confirm the Liverpool booking and its drinks arrangements before asking anyone to design a service.
Cocktailhire is independent of MTC. We can consider a staffed drinks point only when the Liverpool facility and event organiser confirm the booked space and approve an outside supplier. We will not treat MTC Events' Coventry rooms or catering offer as a Liverpool event plan.
If you have that confirmation, send the event date, facility contact, area, guest numbers, service hours and existing catering details. We can then say whether a staffed counter or mobile bar has a permitted role.

Liverpool facility and Coventry event venue are not interchangeable
MTC's current locations page identifies its Liverpool Science Park facility. By contrast, the current MTC Events public venue index promotes Coventry, and the former Liverpool events address now redirects to Coventry. An earlier Liverpool listing or a Coventry floor plan is not proof of a current Liverpool public event booking.
Ask your MTC Liverpool or event contact to confirm the date, exact room, who controls drinks and catering, and whether an outside supplier can attend. If the booking is actually for Coventry, use that event's venue information instead of this Liverpool page.
If the Liverpool event is confirmed
Build from the approved room and timetable
A drinks service can only be useful when it fits the guest movement and the event's existing hospitality. We would review the approved area, delivery route, service window and glassware rules before proposing a staffed counter or mobile bar. No exhibition hall, stand number or sponsor lounge is presumed.
If the facility does not permit outside drinks, its own event arrangements take precedence. We will not sell an unapproved service into the booking.
