If your planner needs a document or you want to read a policy before booking, the main downloads are below. These are general documents. Your confirmed quote and event paperwork describe the services and supplies agreed for your own booking.
Event documents and policies
- Public liability insurance document (PDF). Check the dates and terms shown in the document against your event requirements.
- Cancellation and refund policy (PDF). Read the cancellation and rescheduling terms before confirming your booking.
- Generic event risk assessment (PDF). Use this alongside the arrangements for your actual room, access and event; it is not an assessment of an unseen site.

Planning drinks yourself?
The free wedding and party drinks calculator creates a downloadable plan for ordinary drinks, ice and glassware, with supplier suggestions based on your postcode. It does not require an email address or replace the cocktail shopping list for a booked event.
Your booked-event paperwork
Staff-only bookings retain their client shopping list. With wedding or all-in-one cocktail packages, the ingredients itinerary lists what Cocktailhire brings; it is not a shopping task for the client.
