Some hotel events use independent bar suppliers, but that does not mean every hotel booking allows the same arrangement. Check the terms of your event and the room requirements before booking an outside team or bringing in equipment and stock.
Ask about your event, not a general hotel policy
Establish whether the hotel already includes staff, drinks or an exclusive bar arrangement. If you want a separate cocktail service, explain what it would provide and what would remain with the hotel team.
Confirm delivery access, room setup, required supplier information and any charges linked to external drinks or equipment. Cocktailhire's previous work at a property is evidence of that work, not a promise that the hotel endorses the business or accepts every future booking. The organiser needs a clear arrangement for the particular event.
