Power requirements depend on the equipment in the agreed bar setup. Do not assume every mobile bar needs the same supply, or that a nearby socket is automatically suitable. Confirm the requirement before fixing the bar's position.
Match the electrical supply to the actual equipment
Send the available socket details, their distance from the proposed bar and any information about the circuit or other equipment sharing it. The bar supplier can then identify what its agreed setup requires without guessing from a room photograph.
For a garden or marquee, include the proposed cable route and arrangements for weather protection. Keep cables and equipment clear of guest circulation. Water is a separate question: the cleaning, handwashing and wastewater arrangements also need agreement. A power socket alone does not make a location ready for service.
