Join the drinks plan to the wedding timetable
Choose the drinks from the existing Cocktailhire menu and include any alcohol-free choices. Tell us when guests arrive, when they sit down and whether evening guests join later. Use the actual guest numbers for each stage rather than treating the evening attendance as the whole day.
Agree how cocktails sit alongside the hotel's wine, toast drinks and other service. If a break or change of room is planned, include it in the booking so the team and equipment are in the right place when service resumes.
