Turn the creative idea into clear bar duties
Provide the audience, timings, selected drinks, approved product information and any required presentation. The event menu is chosen from Cocktailhire's existing drinks, not developed as new recipes for the activation.
Decide how much time interaction should take and ensure the staffing plan still covers the real guest count. Campaign hosting, filming and reporting are separate requirements to discuss, not automatic bartender duties. Where a request exceeds normal service, define it before booking rather than expecting staff to improvise a campaign on the night.
