Plan what guests do immediately after the reveal, especially if they all turn towards the bar. A carefully staged presentation can lose its effect if the next experience is an obstructed room or a drinks service that was only prepared for arrivals.
Treat the reveal as a change in demand
Give the bar team the current programme and the person responsible for the reveal cue. Agree whether service continues quietly, pauses or resumes at a specific point, without relying on staff to guess from the stage.
Prepare the selected drinks, clean glasses and stock for the next wave. Keep photography, product demonstrations and ordering routes from competing for the same space. The useful finish is a room where guests can talk, see the product and get their drink without the organiser repeatedly intervening.
- Plan the period after the reveal as well as the presentation itself.
- Give service changes one agreed cue and event-day contact.
