Agree where the drink or product should appear on camera and keep ordinary service outside the press-call working area. Visibility should come from planned positioning, not bartenders moving through a shot or asking talent to handle an unbriefed drink.
Give the press call its own clear instructions
Share the shot plan, timings and the person authorised to cue any drink presentation. Specify which selected serve, glass and approved branding are required, and whether a separate prepared item is needed for the photograph.
Keep normal guest orders, replenishment and used-glass collection away from the camera position. Any talent interaction, filming or campaign presentation must be explicitly agreed; it is not an automatic part of bartender hire. The drinks operation should support the press team without taking control of its programme.
- Identify the required shot, timing and presentation contact.
- Keep guest service clear of camera and talent routes.
