How Do You Plan a Bar for a Drinks Brand Launch

Start with the product, adult audience, selected serves and the moments when guests will order. Then agree the bar, staff and supplies needed to deliver them. Branding, reporting and filming should be specified individually, not assumed from the word launch.

Connect the campaign brief to the actual service

Provide the date, location, guest count, service hours and access arrangements. State who supplies stock, approved product information and artwork. Confirm that the requested drinks fit the agreed service; do not assume new recipe development is included.

Plan arrivals and any reveal before finalising the counter position and staffing. If anonymous serve reporting or content capture is wanted, agree the outputs and permissions beforehand. Keep the organiser's event requirements and the bar team's responsibilities clear in one working brief.

  • Confirm stock, drink selection and campaign instructions before booking.
  • Specify reporting, filming and branded elements as actual inclusions.
