Agree exactly what the bar should do before, during and after the reveal. A featured drink, a pause in ordinary service and the first post-reveal round are different requirements and need a clear cue from the event lead.
Make the reveal instructions specific
Confirm the selected serve, presentation, required quantity and timing. Keep any product or campaign wording with the brand's approved brief; developing a new recipe should not be assumed within the bar booking.
Place staff and supplies so preparation does not intrude on the reveal or block cameras. Plan for guests approaching the counter afterwards, including replenishment and clean glassware. If there is a timed toast or a drink needed on stage, assign the handover explicitly rather than relying on someone at the bar to notice the moment.
- Confirm the serve and its timing before preparing supplies.
- Assign one cue and one handover contact for the reveal.
