Keep drinks easy to order and away from the preview's main activity. The service should allow journalists and invited guests to move between conversations, demonstrations and photography without carrying the bar's queue with them.
Work around the appointment pattern
Tell the bar team whether guests arrive in one group or in timed appointments. Share any demonstration, interview or presentation windows when working noise and movement need to be kept down.
Offer a clear selection from the existing menu, including an alcohol-free choice. Agree where guests can set down used glasses and who collects them so product displays and working surfaces do not become an improvised return station.
