You can keep the same menu, but arrivals may need a different serving arrangement because many guests want a drink together. A different menu is not automatically necessary; first decide how the reception and later ordering will work.
Separate the arrival plan from the drink selection
Tell us how many guests are expected at once, whether there is a welcome drink and when normal made-to-order service begins. A reception drink prepared for a specific moment must be agreed, not inferred from a general cocktail booking.
If you do want different selected drinks later, confirm the choices, timing and supplies in advance. Use the existing menu, and keep the event paperwork consistent with what has been agreed. A staff-only shopping list or package supply plan must cover the actual selection; changing a printed menu alone does not change the ingredients behind the bar.
- Brief the arrival wave even if the menu remains unchanged.
- Confirm any later menu change and its supplies before the event.
