Use a compact bar position that leaves products, demonstrations and guest circulation clear. In a showroom or shop, the available floor area can look generous until display space, check-in and the opening guest wave are included.
Keep the product easy to see and reach
Mark the displays, entrances, photography positions and guest route before choosing the bar frontage. Allow working space behind it for supplies and glasses, with a replenishment route that does not cut through demonstrations.
Check delivery access and when the space is available for setup. Select cocktails from the existing menu and confirm who brings ingredients, ice and glassware. If the launch needs branded frontage, agree the available format and approved artwork in advance rather than treating every surface as a last-minute branding opportunity.
- Share a floor plan that includes products and guest check-in.
- Confirm setup, service and collection times around shop operations.
