What Can Group Ordering Tell You at a Brand Event

When the agreed capture records drinks within the same order, group ordering can show which serves travel together and how large rounds affect service. It cannot tell you who was in the group or whether the same people ordered again.

Use round information without inventing guest profiles

Look at order size and the combinations of selected drinks, keeping the event timetable and menu availability in view. Several identical drinks in one round create different preparation pressure from several unrelated orders.

Use that information to plan stock, glassware and the next event's working setup. A group order does not establish shared demographics, purchase intent or independent preferences for every person receiving a drink. Confirm the capture actually supports round-level information before promising that analysis in the report.

  • Confirm how orders and individual serves are counted.
  • Do not turn anonymous round data into claims about identifiable guests.
