What Can Hourly Demand Shifts Tell a Brand After an Event

Timestamped serve records can show when demand rose, fell or moved between selected drinks. Read those shifts alongside arrivals, presentations and stock availability; the time chart alone does not explain why the pattern changed.

Put the event programme beside the drink counts

A surge after a speech or a quiet period during dinner may reflect the timetable rather than a change in interest. Confirm that capture was operating across the compared periods and note any gap.

Use the pattern to adjust staffing, preparation and replenishment for a comparable event. Compare equivalent service periods rather than assuming the same clock hour means the same thing everywhere. Do not describe serves per hour as revenue or unique customers unless separate records genuinely support those measures.

  • Record the programme and any capture interruptions.
  • Compare equivalent serving periods with their limitations attached.
