Keep the drinks useful to the event, not in its way
Share the product presentation, appointments or demonstration timings and the actual guest count. Place the bar so guests can order without crossing the filming area or crowding product displays.
Confirm alcohol-free choices where needed, plus stock, glassware and working space. If drinks, bar details or staff are part of planned content, brief the shots and permissions separately. Filming, branded elements and campaign presentation are not automatic inclusions in a staffing booking, and drink development should not be assumed from the launch theme.
