Cocktailhire's described event reporting is a lightweight anonymous serve-capture system, not necessarily a retail payment till. Where it is included, the agreed drink selections and timing can support serve totals, demand periods and order-pattern reporting.
Confirm the fields before promising the report
Agree which drinks and categories are recorded, how individual serves and rounds are counted, and the periods covered. SKU splits or other detail depend on the actual capture setup; they should not be assumed simply because a screen is present.
This is not a guest identity or payment-card database. Anonymous orders cannot identify repeat visitors, and serve counts are not revenue. Capture gaps and changes to the menu or stock must stay visible when the results are interpreted. Specify reporting in the booking rather than expecting it retrospectively from ordinary bar service.
