Check your booking and payment confirmation against the event you intended to book: date, address, guest number, service and hours. A submitted enquiry or callback request is not the same as a completed booking.
Use the confirmation to settle the practical details
Keep the booking link and paperwork together, then review the drinks and supplies associated with your chosen service. Staff-only bookings require the client to buy the event shopping list; supplied packages include the agreed ingredients, with ingredient information there to explain what Cocktailhire brings.
Flag incorrect details or changes before making plans around them. Guest numbers must stay accurate, including extra people added later. If a confirmation or expected document is missing, contact Cocktailhire with the booking reference so the existing record can be checked rather than starting a duplicate booking.
- Match the confirmed details and payment status to your event.
- Read the supplies information for your service, not another package type.
