Choose by what the launch needs: a serving team for an existing usable bar, a separate staffed mobile bar, or an arrangement that also covers the agreed ingredients. Add branding, reporting or media only where they have an explicit role in the brief.
Start with the room and the launch programme
Provide the guest count, service hours, location and the timing of any presentation or reveal. Establish what the room already offers and whether a separate counter improves guest movement or simply adds furniture.
Compare complete inclusions rather than service labels. Confirm stock, equipment, glassware and any separately commissioned outputs. The bar should support the launch without leaving the organiser to manage replenishment, unclear duties or an unexpected queue once the presentation finishes.
