Use a service point that supports arrivals without blocking the product, camera positions or guest route. The right bar is easy to find and ready for the first round, while leaving the launch itself as the focus.
Put the bar on the production plan
Mark the entrance, reveal position, photography area and guest circulation before choosing the bar location. A branded front can support the event identity, but it should not force guests to queue across the principal sightline.
Then decide whether the room already has a workable bar or needs a separate mobile station. Confirm staff, supplies, storage and clearing against the expected attendance and the points when service pauses or becomes busy.
- Agree visible artwork and the final frontage before production.
- Keep replenishment and dirty returns outside the main guest and camera routes.
