Use a controlled service that fits the appointments and keeps product viewing and conversation clear. A compact agreed selection and a discreet serving point may suit the room better than an open-ended bar that draws people away from the purpose of the visit.
Plan around appointments rather than general footfall
Share the appointment schedule, expected overlap and guest count. Confirm where drinks can be prepared and served without obstructing products, seating or the route between demonstrations.
Keep the service available for the agreed hours and plan replenishment out of the visitors' way. Decide whether guests order at the counter or the event team requires a particular handover. Table service, product presentation and campaign hosting are separate duties to agree; they should not be inferred from a bartender booking.
- Brief appointment overlap and the busiest visiting period.
- Keep serving, stock and clearing routes away from product viewing.
