Have the bar ready for the screening to finish, because guests may arrive as one group. A visible menu, prepared clean glasses and enough space to make the first round matter more than a complicated drinks display.
Prepare for the second arrival
Confirm the expected screening finish and how guests reach the afterparty room. If an introduction or Q&A can change the timing, name the production contact who will update the bar team.
Decide whether the room's existing bar can serve the selected cocktails or whether a separate mobile bar is needed. Agree staffing, supplies and clearing for the afterparty itself rather than assuming the earlier reception booking covers it.
- Use the actual afterparty guest count and service hours.
- Keep talent hospitality or other separate areas in the written staffing plan.
