Choose a format that serves the expected guest wave without taking attention or access away from the product reveal. The best position is not necessarily the most prominent one; the bar should support the event's main moment.
Plan the queue as carefully as the frontage
Place the product, stage, cameras and guest approach on the floor plan first. Then select the bar units and allow room for ordering, preparation and replenishment. Confirm any branded frontage separately with approved artwork and a workable production schedule.
Decide whether cocktails are served before the reveal, afterwards or both. A whole room returning at once needs preparation and staffing for that demand. Keep ingredients, ice and clean glasses close enough for service without exposing storage across the guest-facing display.
- Keep the queue outside camera and product-access routes.
- Match the setup to the real guest count and planned serving periods.
