Decide whether cocktails belong before the wedding breakfast, during an agreed interval or at the evening reception. Plan that service separately from dining-table drinks, with the hotel, caterer and hired bar team clear about their own responsibilities.
Let the wedding timetable decide the serving window
Share arrivals, meal times, speeches and any room change. Confirm the full guest count, including evening guests, and whether the existing bar or a separate mobile setup will serve that period best.
Choose from the existing menu and confirm the supplies within the actual booking. Package clients have the agreed ingredients supplied by Cocktailhire; staff-only clients follow their event shopping list. Dinner wine, water and table service must remain explicitly assigned, so cocktails do not leave another part of the celebration uncovered.
- Give the team both daytime and evening attendance and timings.
- Confirm cocktail service separately from the caterer's dining duties.
