Use a service that lets guests keep talking and trying the product without negotiating a complicated drinks offer. A clear selection and a well-positioned bar usually matter more than adding spectacle beside the demonstrations.
Keep drinks away from the demonstration bottleneck
Mark screens, devices, demo stations and photography positions before placing the bar. Give the team the presentation schedule and likely arrival wave. Select drinks from the existing menu and confirm any available non-alcoholic choices from that menu.
Plan clean-glass storage, used-glass collection and replenishment away from product-handling areas. If service pauses for a presentation, prepare for guests returning together afterwards. Any branded frontage, footage or reporting should be a separately agreed part of the brief, not an assumption attached to ordinary bartender hire.
- Keep the ordering queue clear of demonstrations and equipment.
- Confirm serving times, guest count and supplier responsibilities.
