What Is the Right Cocktail Setup for a Luxury Hotel Brand Launch

Choose a cocktail position that supports the product presentation and gives guests somewhere to be served without obstructing it. An existing hotel bar may be enough; a separate mobile bar is useful when the launch needs its own service point.

Protect the reveal and the conversations around it

Mark the product display, press photography, guest check-in and presentation area on the room plan before placing the bar. A frontage that looks good in isolation can still put a queue across the camera view or the route to the product.

Select drinks from the existing Cocktailhire menu, then agree any available bar branding and presentation requirements separately. Provide a service schedule around the reveal, including whether drinks pause and when the next arrival wave is expected. Ingredients, glassware, content capture and reporting must each be clear in the quotation.

  • Share the floor plan, campaign brief and reveal time.
  • Name the person who approves artwork and event-day changes.
