Use a clear cocktail offer that supports the presentation schedule and keeps guests close to the launch. A dedicated station can work well, provided its queue does not block exhibition traffic, the product display or the route into the presentation.
Serve around the launch moment
Choose drinks from the existing Cocktailhire menu and explain whether they are for arrivals, a post-presentation reception or both. Keep the first choice easy to understand, particularly when guests have only a short break between sessions.
Give the bar team the presentation and access schedule, expected arrival wave and any approved frontage artwork. Stock, ice, glassware and clearing need an explicit supplier assignment. Content capture or event reporting should be specified separately if required; they should not be assumed from a booking for a staffed bar.
- Keep bar queues clear of presentation and exhibition routes.
- Agree service pauses and the demand expected after the reveal.
