Keep the reception tied to the programme
Agree when service starts, when guests are called into the screening and whether there is a later reception. Make any separate hospitality area part of the brief so staff are not diverted unexpectedly from the main bar.
Choose from the existing Cocktailhire menu and include alcohol-free options. The room layout should give guests somewhere to order and return glasses without blocking the route to the screening.
