The bar feels part of the launch when its position, approved presentation and selected drinks support the same event plan. A logo applied to a counter does little if service blocks the product display or guests cannot understand what is being offered.
Connect the visible finish to the working brief
Agree product placement, print-ready artwork where required and the drinks to be served. Check the bar against the room plan, arrival route and any reveal or filming position.
Keep the team briefed on accurate product information and the timing of service changes. Stock, equipment and replenishment still need practical space behind the presentation. New recipe development and campaign hosting are not automatic parts of the booking; specify the actual service and creative requirements rather than assuming the launch theme supplies those instructions.
- Review the bar alongside the room, product and programme.
- Keep branding and presentation practical for live service.
