Clear sightlines, suitable lighting and an organised counter help the camera show the bar and drinks properly. Give stock, equipment and used glasses their own working space so the photograph does not depend on stopping service to hide the mess.
Check the shot and the service at the same time
Share the important products, approved branding and selected serves before setup. Confirm the intended camera positions and backgrounds without obstructing the bartender's workspace or guest approach.
Arrange any dedicated product or serve shots around the programme. If content capture is commissioned, specify the outputs and usage rather than assuming every image will suit every channel. Permissions and campaign approval remain part of the brief. A camera-aware layout should support a working event, not turn guests into obstacles to the photograph.
- Plan the camera view before the room fills.
- Keep working supplies and guest circulation outside the key shot where practical.
