Consistency makes the difference: the approved frontage, menu presentation, glassware and staff brief should look as though they belong to the same event. More branding is not necessarily better if it makes the working bar cluttered.
Approve what guests and cameras will see
Share the brand files, colour guidance and planned camera angles before finalising the frontage. Check the physical dimensions so the important part of the design is not lost behind guests or equipment.
Choose drinks from the existing menu and agree how that selection is presented. Keep storage, packaging and dirty returns out of the visible front. The service should remain clear and practical even when the bar becomes busy.
- Name the person approving the visual details and menu wording.
- Drinks are selected from the existing Cocktailhire menu, not developed as new recipes for the launch.
