Ask for practical clarity rather than impressive labels
Confirm stock responsibility, selected serves, equipment, guest count and the appointment or presentation schedule. Product information should come from the approved brief, not be improvised to sound knowledgeable.
Where reporting or media is required, agree the outputs and their limits before booking. Anonymous serving data can support operational review, but it cannot identify buying intent or attribute subsequent orders. A credible supplier makes the trade team's work easier and keeps its own promises specific enough to check.
