Expect the post-event material specified in the booking, with enough context to use it sensibly. Where anonymous reporting is commissioned, it should explain recorded serves, demand periods and practical findings rather than simply presenting a total without conditions.
Ask for decisions, not an unexplained data export
Keep the event type, service window, selection, stock availability and capture coverage attached to the results. Distinguish recorded figures from estimates or interpretation, especially when comparing several events.
Agree any media outputs, permissions and delivery timing separately. Use the findings to improve the next bar setup, supplies or reporting question. Anonymous serving records cannot show who bought later or establish campaign return on their own; those conclusions require separate commercial evidence beyond the bar report.
- Specify the report and its context before capture begins.
- Keep recommendations proportionate to what was actually recorded.
