It depends on what you have booked with the hotel and Cocktailhire. For staff-only hire, the client supplies the ingredients. With a Cocktailhire all-in-one or wedding package, Cocktailhire supplies the ingredients included in that package.
Settle supply before buying anything
Your hotel booking may already include wine, reception drinks or a bar service. Check what it covers and whether bringing in additional drinks changes the hotel's charges or arrangements. Do not order the same stock twice because two suppliers are working at the event.
Make one list showing who supplies spirits, mixers, garnishes, ice and glassware, and who replenishes each during service. For a package booking, an optional ingredient itinerary explains what Cocktailhire brings; it is not a shopping task for you. Any drinks outside the agreed package need their own clear arrangement.
