Choose the material for its intended job
Explain whether you need a recap, short social edits, product shots or internal evidence of the setup. Selected activations can include filming and editing, with formats, review and delivery agreed before the event.
Planning capture alongside the bar can help secure useful views of preparation and finished drinks without interrupting service. Compare the actual deliverables with your existing media arrangements so you do not duplicate work. Keep usage permissions explicit and do not present an edited film as proof that the campaign generated sales.
