Anniversary Party Cocktail Bar Planning Guide

Be part of the celebration, not its drinks runner.

An anniversary party often brings different generations together, with some guests arriving for drinks and others staying for the evening. Plan cocktail service around that pattern so neither of you spends the celebration topping up glasses or searching for more ice.

Choose the service around your home

If you already have a suitable working bar, cocktail maker hire may provide the team you need. A kitchen surface is not automatically a complete bar setup: tell us about the space, water access, storage and where guests will stand. If the room needs a physical bar as well, include it in the quote rather than assuming staff-only hire supplies one.

Decide who brings what

For staff-only bookings, the client buys the ingredients using the booking shopping list. All-in-one cocktail packages bring the bar, team, selected cocktail ingredients, ice and glassware together. Choose drinks from the existing menu and include suitable alcohol-free choices for guests who want them.

  • Give the full guest number and explain any different arrival times.
  • Record when food, a toast or other planned moment changes drinks demand.
  • Keep the bar away from the busiest doorway and food-serving area.
  • Include an indoor or sheltered plan if the celebration uses the garden.

For example, if drinks begin outside and continue indoors after dinner, agree the service positions before furniture is arranged. Moving a working bar through guests is not a small detail to leave until the evening.

Compare cocktail maker hire and all-in-one cocktail packages, then send your anniversary plans.
