What Changes Between Day Guests and Evening Guests at the Bar

New arrivals change demand, not just the headcount.

Evening guests can create a fresh rush at the bar while day guests are already in the room. Give Cocktailhire both attendance figures and the timings, so the booking reflects everyone being served rather than only the daytime count.

The number of people present at the busiest period drives the working plan. Evening arrivals may order together, ask what is available and join guests already waiting. Confirm the actual guest numbers through the booking; they cannot be lowered after a quote to obtain a cheaper price, although they can be increased if plans grow.

A practical example

If 80 people attend during the day and another 40 join for the evening, tell us that the evening total is 120. Do not describe the later period as only 40 guests if the original 80 are still there.

What to confirm for your wedding

  • Total people present in each service period
  • Arrival times and likely first-order rush
  • Any increase from the guest number already quoted
