The staffing question belongs with Cocktailhire, not with the couple.
Contact Cocktailhire directly if you are told illness may affect your booking. Do not assume you need to recruit another bartender yourself or that an individual staffing change means the event has been cancelled.
Cocktailhire has never cancelled an event. That record is not a reason to leave the practical question unanswered: ask how your booked team is organised, who you should contact and how any change would be communicated. Do not treat a general statement as a promise of a particular replacement person or response time that has not been agreed.

A practical example
If a message about a team member reaches you on the morning of the wedding, speak to Cocktailhire through your booking contact before making separate arrangements. The company needs to confirm the actual position and service plan.
What to confirm for your wedding
- Keep the booking contact details available
- Confirm any reported change directly with Cocktailhire
- Read the written terms for the separate situation where a supplier cannot fulfil its booking

Tell us about your wedding with the date, postcode, guest number and the times you want cocktails served.
