What Is the Difference Between a Wedding Package and Mobile Bar Hire

The difference is who supplies the rest of the drinks service.

Mobile bar hire provides the physical bar and the agreed service arrangement; it is not automatically an ingredients-inclusive booking. A Cocktailhire wedding package brings the bar, team, selected cocktail ingredients, ice and glassware together.

Choose according to what your wedding still needs. If ingredients and other supplies are already organised, a different service may fit better. If you want the cocktail operation supplied together, compare the wedding package tiers and their minimum of 50 guests and four service hours.

A practical example

A quote with a mobile bar in the photograph may still require the client to buy ingredients. A package ingredient itinerary, by contrast, describes what Cocktailhire brings. Check the written scope rather than inferring inclusions from the image.

What to confirm for your wedding

  • Who supplies ingredients, ice and glasses
  • Which staff and bar are included
  • The actual guest count and service hours being priced

Tell us about your wedding with the date, postcode, guest number and the times you want cocktails served.
