A lower total may be pricing a smaller job.
Wedding bar quotes can look cheaper because they cover fewer guests, fewer serving hours or fewer supplies. Compare the written scope before deciding: a labour-only price is not the same thing as a supplied cocktail package.
Check bar provision, staffing, ingredients, ice, glassware, delivery or travel and any agreed additions. Clarify whether the figure includes the full service period you want. Do not assume anything omitted is free or already covered by the venue, and do not lower guest numbers merely to produce a more attractive quote.

A practical example
One supplier may show a staff cost while another includes the bar and drinks supplies. Add the remaining purchases and arrangements to the first option before comparing the totals for the same wedding.
What to confirm for your wedding
